Silencing Girls, Women, and Their Supporters by Threats and Cancellation
If anyone thought this ridiculous social experiment of eliminating girls and women’s sex segregated spaces was going to go well, this is a fine example of the reality of why it was doomed to fail. Making matters worse the school denies there is a problem. Meanwhile girls are afraid to use the toilets at school because they have been turned into gender neutral toilets.

April 17, 2024 - Biological Male Quietly Joined Women’s NCAA Division I Volleyball At San Jose State University
San Jose State University in California has quietly allowed a cheating man to play on the Division I volleyball team. His biological sex was withheld from his teammates and opponents. The mother of one of the opposing team players noticed that Blaire Fleming, born Brayden, was a man playing on the women’s team standing at 6’1”, moving faster, and jumping higher than the women players.
April 16, 2024 - Appeals court overturns West Virginia law banning BOYS transgender girls from GIRLS sports teams
A federal appeals court on Tuesday overturned the West Virginia law banning boys from playing on girls' sports teams, finding that it violates Title IX, the federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools. Title IX used to protect sports opportunities for girls, providing unprecedented access to scholarships and educational opportunties not provided to girls previously. That has been dismantled to allow boys who feel like girls or boys who want to cheat to play in girls sports events.
April 15, 2024 - Trans runner sparks outrage as she zips past female athletes and leaves them in the dust at high school competition
McDaniel High School of Portland, Oregon allowed sophomore boy Aayden Gallagher to race in the girls category at the Sherwood Need for Speed. He crossed the finish line first far ahead of the girl runners in a shameless demonstration of why girls need to have sex segregated sporting events for fairness. The video went viral on social media but has been taken down due to copyright violations. Parents of girl athletes expressed their outrage at the blatant unfairness of the inclusion of males in female sports. “Please stop pretending like this is anything other than telling young female athletes they don’t matter.” One parent, who said her daughter also competed in the 200-meter race, blasted the video as “insane.” “How can ANYONE think this is fair?” she asked. The mother wrote that the athletes come from across Oregon to compete in the event “and this is what they got — being beaten by a boy.”

April 18, 2024 - Influential women's tech network shuts down unexpectedly
Women Who Code (WWC), a charity which supports women who work in the technology sector, has announced it is shutting down because of a lack of funding. The US-based organisation says it had 360,000 people in its community, across 145 countries. Tech has long struggled with its image of being male-dominated - the bosses of nearly all major firms are men. Women working in the industry have been expressing shock on social media, describing the closure as "awful" and "heart-breaking."
Women who participate in these events complain that men have been invading the meetings and forums in large numbers and disrupting the climate for women.
April 17, 2024 - Arizona Gov Katie Hobbs vetoes 'Women's Bill of Rights,'
Ten Commandments bills: 'Abandoning God'
Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, vetoed a bill on Tuesday that would have codified definitions of sex, protecting women’s sex based definition in law. Unfortunately, the bill was laden with a frivolous religious clause that would permit public school teachers to display a copy of the Ten Commandments in classrooms. Great way to defeat a necessary piece of legislation with a noose. Fighting pseudo religious ideology with another religious ideology spells certain disaster for women’s rights.
April 16, 2024 - Yousaf: Trans women will be protected by misogyny law
The Scottish government wants to introduce a bill to tackle misogyny before the end of the current parliamentary term in 2026, following a review carried out by the human rights lawyer Baroness Helena Kennedy KC. Women were not included in the recent Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021 that was introduced on 1 April - a decision that Mr Yousaf said had followed discussions with a number of women's groups. Humza Yousaf insisted that "anyone affected" by misogyny would be covered, whatever their biological sex.

April 16, 2024 - Employers must give their workers time off for an abortion or pregnancy care, according to the final federal rule
The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act includes women who need time off for abortions according to a ruling issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday. Most employers must offer “reasonable accommodations” to women workers related to pregnancy or childbirth, including providing time off for an abortion. The rule clarifies the provisions of the Pregnant (women) Workers Fairness Act, which became law last June after Congress passed it as part of a federal government spending package in late 2022. The measures apply to employers with at least 15 workers unless the accommodations would cause “undue hardship” for the employer.
April 16, 2024 - New York’s high court hears case on abortion insurance coverage
Abortion access is under attack through back-door tactics in states where it is protected.
New York’s highest court took up a case Tuesday that seeks to throw out a regulation requiring health insurance policies to cover medically necessary abortions — a lawsuit that could jeopardize a similar state law. State financial regulators approved the abortion coverage requirement in 2017, and the Legislature codified it into law in 2022. The religious groups are only challenging the state’s regulation, not the law, meaning the coverage will remain in place regardless of the outcome. But if the Court of Appeals throws out the rule, attorneys in the case said the law could then be challenged using a similar argument, giving the case larger implications for abortion access in New York.
April 15, 2024 - Arizona Republicans weigh options to defeat abortion rights ballot measure, draft proposal reveals
Two opposing ballots could either protect or restrict abortion in Arizona.
Republicans could introduce two ballot initiatives that would restrict abortion to either six weeks or the beginning of the 15th week of pregnancy. The proposal, drafted by Linley Wilson, the general counsel to Arizona House Republicans, comes days after the Arizona Supreme Court revived a 160-year-old near-total abortion ban. Arizona for Abortion Access, a coalition of abortion rights advocates, has gathered more than 500,000 signatures to put a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that would protect abortion until fetal viability, which doctors believe is around 22 to 24 weeks.
April 15, 2024 - Florida voters will decide on abortion rights this fall. Here's what some are saying
Earlier this month, the Florida Supreme Court released two decisions that could significantly change abortion rights in the state. Justices triggered a 6-week abortion ban to take effect May 1 by upholding the state's 15-week restrictions. The same day, justices ruled that Amendment 4, which would protect abortion up to 24 weeks, can appear before voters on the ballot in November. If approved, the amendment would add the following language to the state's constitution: "No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient's health, as determined by the patient's healthcare provider."

April 18, 2024 - Utah schools begin training children in how to use the correct sex toilet
After eliminating the confusing misinformation children have been receiving about gender and how to choose which toilet to use, Salt Lake City, Utah public schools have launched a campaign to educate children in choosing the toilet designated for their sex. Contrary to the tone of the article, this sounds like a positive way to follow up on laws that have done away with the confusion of gender by asserting sex as the designation for sex segregated spaces.
Bosses at one of America's most controversial gender clinics warned staff to stay quiet when distraught teenage girls returned begging to have their amputated breasts re-attached, its former case manager has claimed. The Washington University Transgender Center in Missouri would prescribe irreversible gender changing drugs to children as young as 12 after seeing them just twice, according to the whistleblower who worked there for four years.
April 18, 2024 - Maryland teen accused of threatening school shooting after 'memoir' raises alarms
A Maryland teenager has been arrested on a charge of threatening mass violence after investigators say they uncovered evidence that he made plans to carry out a shooting at a Montgomery County school. Eighteen-year-old Alex Ye, of Rockville, whose legal name is Andrea Ye, was arrested on Wednesday after law enforcement was alerted to a 129-page "memoir" she allegedly authored that included descriptions of shooting up both a high school and elementary school, court records show. Andrea is a trans identified female.
April 17, 2024 - Sweden passes law to make it easier to change legal gender
Sweden's parliament on Wednesday passed a law that will make it easier for people to change their legal gender and lower the age at which it is allowed to 16 years from 18 years, despite heavy criticism from within the government coalition. Reducing the age that one is considered an adult allows children to undergo medicalized gender treatments.
April 15, 2024 - Supreme Court rules Idaho CAN outlaw puberty blockers and sex change surgery for transgender children under age of 18
In spite of progress in eliminating the medicalization of minors, Sweden has passed a law making it easier for adults to change their gender on identification and lowered the age of eligibility from 18 to 16. The law ends the requirement for sex reassignment surgery before allowing a gender marker change.
The Supreme Court has ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on puberty blockers and sex change surgery for transgender youth while lawsuits over the law proceed, reversing lower courts.

A Dutch-American academic, Theodore Sandfort, has had a working relationship with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). Sandfort has a history of advocating for the normalization of adult-child sexual relationships. He has an extensive history of publishing papers and research that is sympathetic to pedophilia. Sandfort previously worked with self-declared pedophiles in the Netherlands, using men’s accounts of sexual abuse of boys as evidence to support his “theory” that adult-child relationships were positive. Sandfort served as President of the International Academy of Sex Research and the Dutch Society of Sexology and was a fellow with the American Psychological Association (APA), the organization that produces the authoritative guide on psychiatric diagnoses, known as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM). Sandfort has had influence on guides for psychological and trans-gender care.
