A social media user critical of gender ideology was contacted by police after writing a thread expressing concerns about an “adult baby” who had been speaking in schools to children. Gender is Harmful posted a multi-part thread on X with details about Richard Smith, the head of an autism awareness training group.

Legislation protecting sex segregated sports overturned. In 2020 Idaho enacted the Fairness in Womens’ Sports Act which barred males from participating in women’s sports. Last week, a federal court of appeals covering Idaho, California and other western states, and long a font of progressive innovation, declared the law unconstitutional on equality grounds.
August 21, 2023 - Chess federation slams ‘pointless’ ban on transgender players from women’s competitions
The English Chess Federation has said it will refuse to uphold new rules banning transgender players from women's tournaments set to be introduced by the sport's global governing body on Monday. "The ECF notes that similar positions have been adopted by the German Chess Federation, the French Chess Federation and the United States Chess Federation."

August 24, 2023 - Florida Board of Education votes to fire school employees for using wrong bathroom
The Florida State Board of Education unanimously approved firing school employees for using the wrong bathroom. People using state college facilities are barred from using bathrooms designated for the opposite sex. The board made it mandatory to fire employees if they do it twice. The rules apply to private and state schools.
August 23, 2023 - Trans-Identified Male Coach Used Girls’ Locker Room to Undress Multiple Times, Incidents Kept Quiet by Pennsylvania School District
A schoolboard in Gettysburg, PA is debating whether or not to rehire a male coach for the female tennis team after being fired for using the girls locker rooms. The male coach declared himself transgender. The coach was fired after multiple incidents of undressing around girl students in the locker room. The school board is considering rehiring due to fears over being sued.
August 22, 2023 - Menstruation is not a men’s issue
The Liberal Democrats are on a mission to put the ‘men’ into ‘menstruation’. This week, the party accepted a policy motion on period poverty for debate at its conference next month. The motion, proposed by Rebecca Jones, a 20-year-old trans activist, asserts that ‘menstruation is not just a women’s issue’. Apparently, it ‘also affects some trans and nonbinary people’.
August 18, 2023 - Female Inmate Sexually Assaulted By Trans-Identified Male At Women’s Prison In Chalco, Mexico
A female inmate at Mexico’s Chalco Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center has reported that she was sexually assaulted by a trans-identified male who had been placed in her cell. The male inmate had a history of sexual violence, and threatened to harm the victim’s children if she spoke out about what happened to her.

August 21, 2023 - Woman fined for fighting back ‘too much’ during sex attack
Milica Živković walked into court as a victim, but the judge issued her a fine for ‘exceeding the necessity of self-defence’. In response to a violent attack, Živković was able to subdue her attacker which caused injury. After news broke about the verdict, hundreds of people offered to pay Živković’s fine. She is now appealing the verdict.

Female Genital Mutilation is a leading cause of death in the nations where it is carried out, according to a damning new study. Researchers found a 50 per cent surge in the number of girls undergoing Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) causes over an estimated 44,000 excess deaths of women and young girls each year in countries where the practice occurs. Some “girls die from blood loss or infection as a direct result of the procedure”, the NHS states.

A Maryland district court denied parents’ appeal to reinstate an opt-out policy in Montgomery County Public Schools on Thursday. The court concluded that, “the plaintiffs’ asserted due process right to direct their children’s upbringing by opting out of a public-school curriculum that conflicts with their religious views is not a fundamental right.”

Language policing has reached new levels of insanity, demanding male styled insults used on males identifying as female are discriminatory, and one must use female specific insults instead. Calling a trans woman a ‘wanker’ is discriminatory because the insult is commonly used in reference to men, an employment tribunal has suggested. The word is not a gender-neutral term and so using it against someone who has transitioned would constitute a breach of equality laws, a panel concluded. To insult a trans woman without being discriminatory, female-specific slurs should be used instead, the tribunal suggested.
August 22, 2023 - Alabama ban on puberty blockers and hormones for transgender children upheld by appeal court judges who insist the drugs may not be safe
Doctors in Alabama now face 10 years in jail if they authorize puberty blockers or hormones to transgender children, after an appeals court backed the state’s ban. A judge in a lower court had put the ban on hold after four families with transgender children ranging in ages 12 to 17 challenged it as unconstitutional. But the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals said the ban could go ahead, insisting there are still doubts about the drugs’ safety.

Questions have been raised after revealing a patient with multiple mental health diagnosis, who could not read or write was approved for gender surgery. The young adult spent part of their childhood living with their grandmother, then in foster care. 'He has a total of 14 diagnoses and continues to have complex needs. His difficulties have been medically described as Mild Mental Retardation, Attachment Disorder, Emotion Dysregulation, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder, dyslexia, severe anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and low self-esteem.

August 22, 2023 - Womb transplants mean pregnancy for biological men ‘in next 10 years’
Womb transplant surgeons in the US suggested they were on the cusp of allowing men to give birth to their own children. A leading transplant surgeon from the University of Alabama said “it is certainly medically possible.” British surgeons are more circumspect.
Surgeons in the UK say it is likely to be at least a decade away. Lead surgeon Richard Smith, said there was not currently “technical feasibility”. He said the pelvic anatomy, vascular anatomy and shape of the pelvis are different, and there are issues to overcome with the microbiome.
August 21, 2023 - Family Court judge rules father’s gender non-conformity ‘confused’ his children
A Family Court judge has determined that a father’s refusal to conform with traditional gender norms left his three children “confused” and encouraged them to “question their gender identity” after they all began identifying as non-binary, ruling the two youngest children will not be permitted to see their father for an extended period.
August 21, 2023 - Teacher is fired after reader gender identity book to fifth graders
When the pendulum swings, it never stops half way. A teacher who read her fifth grade class the gender identity book “My Shadow is Purple,” about 'moving beyond binary' has been fired after a parent reported her to the school. The teacher read the children a picture book that depicts a non-binary child who doesn’t identify with being a boy or a girl. The Cobb County, Georgia School Board voted 4-3 to dismiss her for violating Georgia’s “divisive concepts” law.
A young woman is suing the medical team that put her on testosterone at age 17, then fast tracked a double mastectomy and transgender care after brief consultations when she says she only needed therapy. In her 53-page complaint, she says her doctors 'lied', including by saying testosterone jabs would solve her problems and make her 'grow a penis.' She has since decided to 'detransition' and live as a woman, and seeks financial damages.
