Dec 18 - HHS Acts to Bar Hospitals from Performing Sex-Rejecting Procedures on Children
The Health and Human Services Dept. announced a series of proposed regulatory actions under President Trumpâs Executive Order to end âtransgenderâ pharmaceutical or surgical procedures on children under 18 that expose them to irreversible harm. Under the proposed rules, hospitals that perform sex-rejecting procedures on minors will be barred from receiving Medicare and Medicaid fundings.
The blowbacks against the Trump administrationâs latest moves are pure entertainment. First, we got a response from the now decidedly unscientific American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dec 19 - Trumpâs push to end transgender care for young people opposed by pediatricians
In a statement, AAP President Dr. Susan J. Kressly claims, âthese policies and proposals misconstrue the current medical consensus and fail to reflect the realities of pediatric care and the needs of children and familiesâ (as if their positions is anything near current medical consensus or is even tethered to any reality). Her statement further said, "These rules help no one, do nothing to address health care costs, and unfairly stigmatize a population of young people." â But mutilating physically healthy children and rendering them infertile and/or castrated are the ways to help them?
And then, thereâs Uncloseted Media, launched by award-winning journalist Spencer Macnaughton, who has worked at 60 Minutes and The Wall Street Journal and currently teaches LGBTQ journalism at NYU, which profiled several trans-identified males incarcerated across the United States and documents their perspectives in the wake of new federal policies and the broader political climate under President Donald Trump. Among the profiledâI kid you notâwas âPatriciaâ Trimble, A trans-identified male currently incarcerated for raping two children and torturing an intellectually disabled man to death:

Dec 17 - House passes bill criminalising gender-affirming care and eyes Medicaid ban
This week marks the first time the US Congress took action to halt transgender medical procedures. By a 216-211 vote, the US House of Representatives passed H.R. 3492, a bill sponsored by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and titled the Protect Childrenâs Innocence Act. The bill will classifying such care as âmutilationâ and âcastrationâ, will penalize anyone including doctors provide such treatments to children under 18 with felony charges punishable by up to ten years in prison. Another bill, H.R. 498, sponsored by Rep. Dan Crenshaw and titled the Do No Harm in Medicaid Act, will prohibit federal funding to providers who offer such treatments to minors. The bills, however, will unlikely gain any support from Democrats in the Senate to pass.
Dec 17 - Defense bill bans males from womenâs sports at military academies
What did pass(!)â were provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act that that permanently ban biological males from women's sports at U.S. military academies. This is not a just White House Executive Order, which a future Democratic Party President can easily change. Though these provisions apply only to military academies, they are now enshrined into federal law under the Defense bill. They may be challenged in courts but it will be much tougher to overturn.
Woman: Adult Human Female
De 19 - (UK) Women and Equalities Secretary blocks women-only spaces as âtrans-exclusiveâ
UK Women and Equalities Secretary Bridget Phillipson refused to sign the guidelines drawn by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) following the Supreme Courtâs landmark ruling that only biological women are women under equality law. If signed, the guidelines would force business and public bodies to protect women-only spaces. As to her failure to sign off the law three months after receiving them, Phillipson said the proposed rules are "trans-exclusive", and offered an absurd claim that these rules would also ban women from taking their "infant sons" into swimming pools changing rooms. This âWomen and Equalities Secretaryâ is a walking joke.
Thankfully, JK Rowling can always be relied on to speak up against such atrocities.
Dec 14 -Transgender woman Man sues over placement in menâs prison

Not only is this article engaging in sex denialism and biased, itâs also behind a paywall. Avishay âAllisonâ Alon, a violent male convict who identifies as transgender, is suing the New Hampshire Department of Corrections for placing him in a menâs prison and denying him gender affirming medical care. Alon claims he is being denied his Constitutional rights and the state is âforcingâ him to detransition after becoming incarcerated. Court records show Alon had begun hormone therapy but had not undergone surgery.
Under New Hampshire DOC rules, inmates are typically housed according to their sex, but housing and medical care of trans identifying inmates may be handled on a case-by-case basis. Earlier this year, NH Gov. Kelly Ayotte vetoed legislation that would have barred biological males from being housed in womenâs correctional facilities, juvenile detention centers, and commitment facilities. The bill had broad Republican support and strong public backing in polling, but Democrats prevented the House from reaching the two-thirds majority needed to override the veto.
Not Our Crimes!
So, this 30-y.o. white dude in Utah, âMiaâ Bailey, murdered his parents and skipped out on his sentencing, knew he could play progressive authorities and media steep in oppressors-oppressed politics. Was he going to gain woke sympathy points by identifying as both Muslim and woman? LMAO. But the joke may be on us, as a simple news search pulls up multiple news articles referring to the convicted as "a womanâ and a âUtah womanâ.
Dec 17 - Transgender Former Marine Arrested in Alleged New Yearâs Eve Pipe Bomb Plot
Authorities have made their fifth arrest in the foiled plan to pipe bomb businesses in Southern California on New Yearâs Eve, taking into custody Micah James Legnon, a trans activist, former police officer, and former Marine who says heâs a woman.

Dec 21: FRANCE: The Two Top Players In A Womenâs Elite Basketball League Are Both Male
Reduxx reported two trans-identified males are dominating a top womenâs basketball league in France, outranking every female player in the league this season. Julie âJimmyâ TĂŠtart, 33, and Aurore Pautou, 43, rank first and second respectively in Ligue FĂŠminine 2 (LF2) this season. TĂŠtart formerly played for the ESC Tergnier male team. Last year, he rejoined the sport as a âwoman.â Current French Basketball Federation (FFBB) policies allow males to play on womenâs teams providing they have legally changed their sex.
Dec 16 - Skate Canada ices Alberta events over transgender law
Skate Canada, Canada's national governing body for skating, has decided to stop holding any of its national and international events in Alberta, citing the province's law that prohibits biological male trans athletes from women's sports. Alberta is refusing to budge (good for them!). Skate Canadaâs position is ridiculous and will not sustain as the IOC is moving to adopt rules to exclude males from female sports, unless they want to crown a male as their womenâs national champion when heâs prohibited from competing internationally, including at the Worlds Championships and the Olympics.

12/19 - Thereâs no silver lining to FGM; Cultural relativism is an ethical abyss
See also: 12/16 - I survived FGM. Alaskaâs girls shouldnât have to, by Ayaan Hirsi Ali's Restoration
Kathleen Stock called out a new article in the Journal of Medical Ethics attempting to rebrand female genital mutilation as the less alarming âgenital practicesâ. She called bullshit on the articleâs authors for gaslighting people that thereâs some kind of cultural enrichment from this horrific practice. So do we. Hereâs the link to the article:
Unbelievably, they say anti-FGM campaign is the real harm, while it tries make FGM sound more benign by framing the practice as âcultural diversity.â In reality, Female genital mutilation is most often performed on girls and women under the age of 18. It involves the cutting, and or removal of some or all of the female genital tissue outside the vagina. There is no medical justification for doing so. The mutilation causes severe pain to girls and women both immediately and throughout life. Girls can die from blood loss, shock, and infection. It can cause permanent problems with urinating, menstruating, childbirth, pain during intercourse, and infertility. Calling it anything less than mutilation is obfuscating the severity of suffering this practice causes. It denies girls and women bodily autonomy and has virtually no benefit.
Current state of Abortion laws
Dec 21 - Trumpâs base growing impatient on abortion pill action
Anti-abortion activists are not holding back in pressuring the Trump administration to further limit abortion rights. Theyâve been relentless in pushing the HHS to âreview the safetyâ of mifepristone. The safety concern is of course a ruse. What they want is for HHS to use âsafetyâ as an excuse to ban mifepristone. Their pressure is now extending to the EPA as well:
See: Dec 12 - New anti-abortion campaign takes aim at EPA drinking water rules
Following a recent meeting with EPA staff, the group, Students for Life of America, is rallying its supporters around the country to flood EPA with requests to add mifepristone to a list of drinking water contaminants tracked by public utilities. This is the latest move in a years-long crusade by abortion opponents to use environmental laws to restrict abortion.
Dec 18 - Pa. House advances proposed constitutional abortion protections
PAâs House of Representatives passed H.B 1957 to enshrine abortion rights in the Pennsylvania Constitution. The law must still pass the state Senate and signed by PAâs governor.
Dec 17 - European lawmakers vote for scheme to improve access to abortions
The European Unionâs parliament voted 358 vs. 202 in favour of creating a fund from the EU budget to provide abortion procedures free of charge to women from other member states with near-total abortion bans such as Malta and Poland or places where abortion is hard to access, like Italy and Croatia. The European Commission will decide in March whether to adopt the proposal
Dec 17 - The stats on abortion access in rural America
Legal restrictions on abortion since the overturn of Roe v. Wade is disproportionately hurting rural women. The Guttmacher reports:
Nearly 19 million rural Americans live in states with the most restricted access to abortion.
Approximately 46% of nonmetropolitan, or rural, Americans live in states with either âmost restrictiveâ or âvery restrictiveâ abortion legislation, representing 21.3 million people.
Approximately 35% of metro Americans live in these states, representing roughly 99.1 million people.
Click here for the interactive map for the levels of restrictions by states.
Dec 12 - Florida and Texas are suing the federal government over abortion drugs
Florida and Texas have filed a lawsuit challenging more than two decades of federal-government decisions that cleared the way for the use of abortion drugs. The lawsuit alleges that decisions by the U.S. FDA dating back to 2000 were âarbitrary, capriciousâ, and an âabuse of discretionâ and should be rejected. It further claims the availability of the drugs through the mail has interfered with state laws designed to prevent abortions.
Sexual Violence
Dec 16 - Marilyn Manson Wins Dismissal of Ex-Assistantâs Sexual Battery Lawsuit
Unfortunately, a lawsuit filed against Marilyn Manson for sexual assault and battery by his former assistant, Ashley Walters, has been dismissed because the alleged offenses, which happened more than ten years ago, have passed the statute of limitations. The bastard got off for a legal technicality.
Dec 9 - [UK] Sexual predators target girls in mixed changing rooms
New police data show that in 2023, at least 16 rapes, 80 sexual assaults and 65 acts of voyeurism were committed in sports centres, which amounted to three offences a week. According to a report by the Womenâs Rights Network (WRN), which obtained the figures via freedom of information requests, many of the offences happened in mixed-sex changing areas. Anyone with an ounce of common sense and not captured by ridiculous ideologies would know that mixed-sex changing areas are a âmagnet for sexual predatorsâ.

OMG! Early Christmas present! A federal judge has permanently struck down California school policies that prohibit teachers from notifying parents when a student changes their gender identity, declaring such âparental exclusion policiesâ unconstitutional. In a sweeping 52-page order, US District Judge Roger T. Benitez ruled that the policies violated the 14th Amendmentâs substantive due process clause and the First Amendment rights of religious parents and teachers, and that the government cannot override a parentâs fundamental right to direct the upbringing and medical care of their children. Woo-hoo!!!!!!!!! đđđťđŁđđ¤¸đźââď¸đ
12/22 - Boys at her school shared AI-generated, nude images of her. After a fight, she was the one expelled
The schoolâs utter failure to protect the 13-y.o. girl in this case is astounding and unforgivable. When boys in her school used AI to generate nude images of her and her friends and posted them on Snapchat, her pleads to the school counselor to help was ignored. The principal even implied she was lying because he doubted the photos existed. As the adults left her to rot, she fought back, attacking one of the boys on the school bus. For that, she was expelled, thus being victimized again. Only when the sheriffâs department charged two of the boys did the school district had to answer for their failure and inaction. But the poor girlâs now in a dire mental state and her academics is suffering.

A Grinch Christmas card has been pulled from Sainsburyâs stores after it was called âtransphobicâ and allegedly âinvalidated the lived experiences of trans peopleâ. The card depicted the Dr Seuss character, The Grinch, alongside the caption: âThis Christmas, Iâm identifying as a Grinch.â
One canât help but wonder: What made these complainants think to associate their beloved trans people with the homely Grinch? đ¤
