April 1, 2024 - Scotland’s government says a new law will tackle hate crime. Critics say it could hurt free speech
On April 1, a new law against hate speech came into force in Scotland, praised by some but criticized by others who say its sweeping provisions could criminalize religious views or tasteless jokes. The Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act makes it an offense to stir up hatred with threatening or abusive behavior on the basis of characteristics including age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, and transgender identity. Racial hatred was already banned under a law dating from 1986. The maximum sentence is seven years in prison. The legislation does not specifically ban hatred against women. The Scottish government says that will be tackled by a separate forthcoming law against misogyny.
Males in Female Sports
Football player Lucy Zelic declares men should not be allowed to play against women concerning 5 men playing on Australian women’s football teams. Lucy believes the integrity of women’s sports is compromised by allowing trans-identifying men to play with and against women. She references the “Sex Discrimination Act of 1984” as evidence women’s sports are by law protected from male players, stating it is unfair treatment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, intersex status, marital relationship, pregnancy or breastfeeding status.
A trans-identified male school athlete who was filmed knocking down a rival player played five other female sports and was allegedly suspended from a rowing team for leering at a girl's bare breasts in the changing rooms. The 6-foot tall student at KIPP Academy in Lynn, Massachusetts, injured three opponents during a girls' basketball game on February 8. Video from the incident quickly went viral. The same trans-identified male student, who is aged 17 or 18, not only competed in girls' basketball but in rowing, volleyball, hurdles, shot put and tae kwon do, according to a report from Australian magazine Quillette.

A high school boy who played volleyball on the girls’ team was offered scholarships from the University of Washington. After going public with the opportunity, Riley Gaines posted about it on X and asked UW to revoke the scholarship. The coaches who awarded the scholarship claimed they were unaware that the teen boy was a trans-identified male. The article is heavily biased against women having fair access to sports while outlining the importance of speaking out about males playing in female sports categories, and taking women’s opportunities for themselves.
March 29, 2024 - Scientists Refute Olympic Committee’s Misguided Policies On ‘Fairness’ And Testosterone Levels
The IOC’s claim that males do not experience competitive advantages over females promoted 26 researchers from around the world to rebut the IOC’s claim. Their paper, published last week in the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports, is the latest peer-reviewed study providing evidence of the obvious about sex in sports. The reviewers state that the IOC’s claim is ridiculous and defies basic knowledge of male and female biology supported by overwhelming evidence.

April 4, 2024 - Rape crisis centre run by trans woman ‘hid sex of its counsellors’ Archive
A rape crisis centre run by a trans woman has been “illegitimately” hiding the biological sex of its counsellors from victims of sexual assault, an employment tribunal has heard. The case of constructive dismissal centres on Roz Adams, a support worker at the charity, who is claiming she was wrongly accused of “transphobia” and endured a nine-month disciplinary process. Adams now works at Beira’s Place, a centre funded by JK Rowling, offering “sexual violence support service for women — run by women.”

As the Iranian government contemplates further restrictions on women, a recent altercation between a cleric and an unveiled woman in the Shi’ite seminary city of Qom has reignited the discourse on women’s rights in Iran. The incident occurred as social media activists highlighted the increased presence of hijab patrols in the Tehran subway. April 4, 2024 - Lawsuit challenging Indiana abortion ban survives a state challenge
The Indiana Court of Appeals gave an incremental win Thursday to a group of residents suing the state over its near-total abortion ban, arguing that it violates a state law protecting religious freedom. The three-judge panel’s ruling agreed with a lower court that plaintiffs with a religious objection to the ban should be exempt from it. But the written decision had no immediate effect and may be challenged in the state Supreme Court within the next 45 days.

Many women living in southern states with abortion bans and strict restrictions have been traveling to Virginia for abortions. “The majority of the patients we do serve are coming from banned states,” said Karolina Ogorek, the clinic’s administrative director. “I think that Florida will just become another one of the states that we serve.”

Women’s share of coveted executive roles dropped in 2023 for the first time in nearly two decades, according to a recently published report from researchers who see it as possibly an “alarming turning point” in the path toward gender parity in corporate America. Female executives lost roughly 60 “C-suite” roles last year, a reversal after several years of slow but persistent growth, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence. Women now claim 11.8 percent of 15,000 chief executives, financial officers and other top roles at publicly traded U.S. companies, down from 12.2 percent the previous year, S&P said. It’s the first decline in that percentage since S&P started tracking this data in 2006.

April 4, 2024 - Bestiality references allegedly made during presentation at Renmark High School
In South Australia female students at Renmark High School were required to attend a presentation at school that presented information on bestiality as an acceptable practice in the LGBTQIA+ community. Parents said they were not notified about the presentation. The presenter was a “third party” who facilitated an hour-long presentation on relationships. Girls were left unsupervised during the presentation. The presentation endeavored to explain what the + means. Students expressed feeling uncomfortable during the presentation some of whom left with an excuse to use the toilet and did not return. The school admitted that routine procedures for such presentations were not followed.
The majority of gender-confused children grow out of that feeling by the time they are fully grown adults, according to a long-term study. Researchers in the Netherlands tracked more than 2,700 children from age 11 to their mid-twenties, asking them every three years of feelings about their gender. Results showed at the start of the research, around one-in-10 children (11 percent) expressed 'gender non-contentedness' to varying degrees. But by age 25, just one-in-25 (4 percent) said they 'often' or 'sometimes' were discontent with their gender.

April 2, 2024 - Court to decide if Ontario must pay for surgery to make vagina if patient also want to keep penis
In a lengthy legal battle that could lead to more requests for individually customized and unorthodox gender-affirming surgeries, an Ontario resident is seeking publicly funded surgery to construct a vagina while preserving the penis. The case reflects a small but growing demand for niche surgeries for people who identify as non-binary. “Our public health-care system is at the breaking point and really needs to focus on procedures that are medically necessary,” Pamela Buffone, founder of the parents’ group Canadian Gender Report. “Is this type of surgery health care? The patient will not be physically healthier because of the operation, which is likely to result in complications and the need for corrective surgeries and further demands on the health system.”
April 2, 2024 - 'Ireland's unsolved mysteries - the haunting cases of vanished women demands more attention'
The number of unsolved missing women cases in this country is truly shocking and little or nothing is done about it. Many women have gone missing with no clues as to where. Many others are murdered, bodies found, and a suspect identified. Yet no charges or arrests are made. In some cases, the suspected men flee the country to live new lives elsewhere without consequences. There is evidence of a serial killer who’s identity is suspected. Virtually nothing is done in most of these cases.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak tonight backed JK Rowling after she dared police to arrest her under controversial new hate crime laws. As Rowling’s comments whipped up a social media storm, the Prime Minister entered the row, saying: 'People should not be criminalised for stating simple facts on biology. A Government source said: 'The SNP is taking Scotland down a very dangerous path, with potential for seriously chilling effects on free speech. We are clear that biological sex matters and gender-critical beliefs are protected in British law, and that won't change while the Conservatives are in government.'
April 1, 2024 - Bay Area Rapid Transit Distributes “Bystander Intervention Cards” For Women Frightened For Their Safety
San Francisco’s Bay Area Rapid Transit system (BART) is the target of humorous mockery recently after initiating their “Bystander Intervention Cards” in an effort to address the increasing safety problems women and girls who use the public transit system face. Anna Slatz, an independent journalist, posted a comment with a satirical scenario demonstrating the futility of the campaign.
March 29, 2024 - 50-Year-Old Trans-Identified Male Induces Lactation To “Breastfeed” His Grandchild In Disturbing New Research Study
A 50-year-old man, trans-identified, induced lactation to breastfeed his grandchild, as documented by a case report from Breastfeeding Medicine. The case report, titled “Novel Lactation Induction Protocol for a Transgender Woman Wishing to Breastfeed,” was published on Wednesday and is the fifth such study into lactation in males who “identify” as women. He lactated for 2 weeks, nursing the 4-month-old. He produced a total of 38ml of excretion in 2 weeks. A 4-month-old infant needs between 850 ml - 1000 ml of breast milk per day for proper health. Breastfeeding mothers typically produce the quantity of milk needed for an infant. The purpose of this experiment was to affirm the man’s gender identity, aka his sexual fetish, without regard to the needs of the infant thus allowing the infant to be abused for his pleasure.

JK Rowling doubles down on Scotland’s new hate crime law that went into effect today, which could see people arrested for using a transgender person's wrong pronouns. All day, JK Rowling has been issuing posts calling trans-identifying males men including the hashtag #ArrestMe in overt defiance of Scotland’s recent hate speech law. She posted a lengthy thread mocking multiple people involved with creating or promoting laws criminalizing speech directed toward trans-identifying people who deny their claims of changing sex or gender. Earlier today it was revealed by Scottish minister Siobhian Brown that people 'could be investigated' for misgendering someone online. It means Rowling could be arrested for calling a trans-identifying man 'he' if the police decided to do so.
But wait there’s more. Some say JK Rowling effectively nullified the law by taking it on during its first day in effect, openly defying it. Read here. If she successfully challenges this unreasonable law & brings gender id down in Scotland, then she may well be heralded as a heroine of women everywhere.
