Calls to Action
The US Health & Human Services Dept. is currently accepting public comments for proposed rules to end federal Medicaid and children’s health insurance program funding for sex-rejecting procedures for minors. Trans activist organizations including the Human Rights Campaign are already urging their supporters to comment to oppose the proposed rules. It is important to counter their views with ours. Protect kids! Submit your comment to support the proposal.
Top News
The US Supreme Court will be holding oral hearing on Jan 13, 2026 on two landmark cases on the question of males in women’s sports. The cases are Little v. Hecox, out of Idaho, and B.P.J. v. West Virginia. The two questions before the Court are:
Whether male students who say they’re transgender are entitled to rights granted to female student athletes under Title IX, and
Whether women's sports teams based on biological sex violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.
