The conservative common sense majority in the U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday took a swing at President Joe Biden’s far-reaching policy to stiffen the consequences for sex-based misconduct in schools.
This is good news. This will keep men and boys out of women’s sports and spaces. July 10 - SPAIN: Heroic Man Beaten To Death After Protecting Young Girl From Migrant Gang’s Sexual Harassment
A man has died following a brutal bludgeoning by North African migrants in a small Spanish village. The attack is said to have been retaliation by the migrants against 39-year-old David Lledó for defending a minor girl from being sexually harassed by them.
The man accused of issuing the blow that murdered Lledó has been identified in the media only as Mohamed, and it is confirmed that he was known to police as a repeat offender who had already spent several months in prison in Catalonia.
Of 3 men arrested, only one has been remanded to custody. Another has been released under the condition he surrender his passport, while the third has been unconditionally released.
They are walking free among us, knowing they can harm girls and women with impunity.
The unsealed documents indicate Wpath leadership caved to political pressure from outside groups and quietly crafted its pediatric guidelines with the intent of influencing public policy. Wpath leadership also balked at the potential publication of research findings the organization had commissioned that its leadership believed might negatively impact access to gender-transition treatment.

The military would not be able to pay for surgeries for troops who claim they are the opposite sex under the Senate's version of the must-pass annual defense policy bill, legislative text released Monday evening revealed.
Military kids who are confused about gender could also lose access to hormone therapy, puberty blockers and other medication if the treatment "could result in sterilization" under another provision that was also added to the bill during the Senate Armed Services Committee's closed-door consideration of the measure last month.
The money and power behind the “trans’ movement is so deep and vast they can control the Department of Defense.

July 11 - Mother of American missing in Bahamas shielded daughter's trans identity
A man went missing last month and throughout the search, he has been referred to as a woman. It is unconscionable that his mother pushed forth this charade. How can a disappearance be properly solved if the missing person is not accurately identified?
A trans-identified male and former drag queen residing in Berlin is currently involved in litigation against McDonald’s after alleging he was denied access to the changing room intended for female employees. Kylie Divon, 27, also known as Keil Li, is seeking financial compensation for “discrimination” after a Muslim woman and colleague told him to leave the women’s changing room, citing his male genitalia as a cause for her concern.
This man was given the opportunity to use a private changing room. He does not want a private changing room. He wants to deny women safety and autonomy.

Fetching drinking water is a gruelling daily routine for millions of women in India.
Even without enduring the scorching summer months or the freezing winters, they walk for miles every day, balancing plastic or earthen pots on their heads and carrying buckets in their hands to manage the household water stock.
“It’s a daily struggle. I get so tired that I collapse when I’m done,” says Sunita Bhurbade from Tringalwadi, a tribal village 180km (112 miles) from India’s financial hub, Mumbai.
The value of women’s unpaid labour in Indian economy is huge. India’s largest commercial bank State Bank of India (SBI)’s Ecowrap report indicates that the total contribution of unpaid women's work to the economy is around 22.7 trillion rupees ($276.8bn; £216.7bn), almost 7.5% of India’s total GDP.

July 11 - SPAIN: Man Accused Of Poisoning His Wife, 5-Year-Old Son After Declaring He Was A “Woman”
A man in Spain is alleged to have poisoned his wife and child in the midst of divorce proceedings following his declaration of a transgender identity. The court has now imposed a restraining order on the man, who has not been named, while the police investigation is ongoing.
Shortly after choosing to split, the woman, whose identity has also been kept anonymous, began experiencing severe and sudden-onset stomach pain. She sought medical care and was told she was exhibiting symptoms of chemical consumption. Police quickly became involved, and an investigation was launched into what was then identified as a suspected poisoning.
Disturbingly, the couple’s 5-year-old son may have also been the victim of an attempted poisoning by his father. Medical tests are being conducted in order to verify whether he had been targeted as well.
The case has sparked particular concern amongst Spanish women’s rights advocates, as they have noted that Spain’s exceptionally strict gender identity laws mean that, if prosecuted, the man will be treated as a “female” by the courts.
Tragically a 16-year-old girl boy has killed his mother and his mother’s boyfriend in a double homicide. The teen cited disagreements with his mother over "her transition," claiming she "was not very accepting."
But in a news update, it is revealed that the boy now named Julia transitioned from male to female many years earlier as a young child. From shared social media posts, it appears the now deceased mother supported the “trans” “girl” identity for several years.
The teen reportedly said he used a .38 caliber revolver that he stole from his mother's room to shoot her and boyfriend Szejnrok. The former died instantly, while the latter was still alive. After running out of bullets, the teen grabbed a chef's knife and stabbed him again, before he asked him to reload the gun and shoot him dead.
Which he apparently did.
Dragged back to men’s prison, where he belongs, because he is a man. Can you believe we live under so-called democratic leaders who give not a fig what we-the-people think and actually place double murderers in women’s prisons? This man murdered his own parents. I am sure he’ll be suing the state for some kind of wrongful something or other soon.
'Technically, there is no consensual sex between the incarcerated,' a Washington Department of Corrections (DOC) employee told National Review.
A trans-identified male has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for a murder in Oklahoma while standing trial for a separate murder in New York City. Alex Ray Scott, 28, declared he was transgender very shortly after being taken into custody, and has been held in a women’s prison since.
A violent male murderer held in a woman’s prison while being referred to as a woman in these news stories. These are not women’s crimes.
A trans-identified male who criminally harassed his own sister for 5, and later set fire to her and her husband’s cars will serve his 20-month sentence in a male prison.
A trans-identified male recently convicted of raping a woman was a vocal “anti-TERF” activist who targeted women critical of gender ideology. Lexi Secker, also known as Lexi Bowen, was “tried as a woman” for the horrific crime.
The assault is said to have taken place in Blunsdon, Wiltshire, in April of 2021. While details are extremely limited, it is known that Secker began identifying as woman in the period between the assault and his court hearings.
In a statement on the arrest, Wiltshire Police referred to Secker as a “person convicted of rape,” adding that he was recorded as a male by police but “tried as a woman” in court. Media subsequently utilized “she/her” pronouns to refer to Secker, with most outlets referring to him as a “transgender woman.”

July 9 - Brazil’s First Transgender🕺🏼 Pro-Skateboarder Accused Of Physical, Emotional Abuse By Several Women
A trans-identified male professional skateboarder in Brazil has retained a lawyer after being accused of emotionally and physically abusing at least three women. The alleged victims are calling on the Brazilian Skateboarding Confederation to remove Luiza Marchiori, previously known as Luiz Neto, from the sport.
While it is uncertain when Marchiori officially began competing with females, he was present at the Itacoatiara Pro in June, where he took home a women’s award. Most of Marchiori’s competitors were young girls, and he reportedly displaced a 10 year old girl out of receiving an award.
