June 4, 2024 - Southern Poverty Law Center classifies Genspect and the Society for Evidence-based Gender Medicine as “hate groups”
The SPLC just released their report “The Year in Hate & Extremism 2023”, and both Genspect and the Society for Evidence-based Gender Medicine are listed as “anti-LGBTQ hate groups”. Groups defending women’s rights and same-sex rights are labeled as “hard-right groups are actively working to destabilize democratic institutions in America.” The Southern Poverty Law Center is using its influence to silence women’s sex-based rights organizations, lesbian, bisexual, and gay rights movements, that don’t embrace gender ideology as anti-government, anti-democratic hate groups and label us as "a growing wave of white nationalism.” This defamatory label is part of the system of silencing the truth. In this report, SPLC labels drag queen story hours as literacy organizations. With this blatantly defamatory way of aligning women’s and LGB rights with white supremacists, and anti-government hate groups, the SPLC shows itself as ideologically captured and no longer serving its purpose of identifying organizations that threaten democracy, equity, and justice. Organizations that defend parental rights to protect children from gender medicalization, and organizations that provide unbiased medical data, are included in the list as “anti-LGBTQ.”

June 6, 2024 - Nassau County legislature proposes law to reinstate transgender sports ban
The Nassau County County (in New York State) legislature intends to pass a law to reinstate a ban on male athletes from participating in women’s and girls’ sports at county-owned athletic facilities. The move comes after a state Supreme Court judge ruled last month that Nassau County Republican Executive Bruce Blakeman didn’t have the authority to impose such a prohibition via executive order, and without the legislature’s approval. Republicans control 12 of the 19 seats in the county legislature, so passage of the bill, to be officially introduced on Friday, is likely to be a success.
“We will be introducing legislation in the Nassau County Legislature to codify the protections that were in my executive order to ensure the fairness and safety of women’s and girls’ competitions,” Blakeman said.
June 6, 2024 - Thanks to Title IX, I was a champion gymnast. Now it’s been corrupted
Title IX changed the game for young women, unleashing opportunities for them that had never existed. As of 1972 there were about 300,000 women and girls playing college and high school sports in the U.S. Female athletes received only 2% of college athletic budgets, and college athletic scholarships for women didn’t exist.Participation of female athletes in high school has increased by 1,057% since 1972; at the college level, female athlete participation has increased by over 600%. By 2016, one in five girls in the U.S. played sports. Before Title IX passed, the number was one in 27. After decades of progress bettering the lives of millions of women, the Biden administration has redefined “sex” to mean “gender identity.” Now, according to the Department of Education, men who identify as women can join women’s teams, enter women’s spaces, and join female-only organizations such as sororities. The rewriting of the statute means that men can take women’s team berths, medals, and scholarships; it means that women no longer are guaranteed privacy and safety in women-only spaces.
June 4, 2024 - Debate continues over bill heading to governor's desk on transgender girls playing sports
House Bill 1205, known as the "Fairness in Women's Sports Act," has passed in the House and Senate in the New Hampshire legislature. The bill seeks to protect sex based segregation in sports in school athletics. Pertinent wording of the bill reads as follows:
II.(a) An interscholastic sport activity or club athletic team sponsored by a public school or a private school whose students or teams compete against a public school must be expressly designated as one of the following based on the biological sex at birth of intended participants:
(1) Males, men, or boys;
(2) Females, women, or girls; or
(3) Coed or mixed.
(b) Athletic teams or sports designated for females, women, or girls shall not be open to students of the male sex.
June 3, 2024 - Ontario tennis coach worries new transgender athlete policy unfair to girls
Junior competitive tennis coach Michael Paduch is aware that he’s wading into an emotionally charged debate by questioning a new policy that allows transgender players to compete against other girls, “without restriction.”“It’s a complex issue; it’s an issue a lot of people care about,” Paduch said. “But I have a keen interest in ensuring that female tennis in Canada is not affected negatively by policies that are put in place.”
June 2, 2024 - East Valley teen is the first Washington boy athlete to win a girls’ state high school track championship. But controversy followed
Veronica" Garcia, a high school boy athlete who identifies as a girl took first place in the state 2A girls 400-meter run, beating girls who have trained long and hard for these competitions. Parents and spectators booed Garcia as he crossed the finish line. Garcia complained that he was disappointed in spectators engaging in “unsportsmanlike” behavior and was “somewhat hurt” by his peers’ aloofness toward him.
It's the latest in a series of wins for Garcia who is ranked higher than when he competed on the boy's team. Last month he finished 13th in a field of 152 girls at the Washington State 2A Championships following a cross-country meet. While last year, Garcia was 164th out of 172 in the boy's 5000m at a regional championship.
Media reports about the unfairness of public attitudes toward boys competing in girls’ sporting events while ignoring the far-reaching unfairness to girls. Boys have sports teams of their own to compete in and have had sex-segregated sports because boys are physically stronger, faster, and more agile than girls. Except for specifically stated mixed-sex teams and activities, girls get to have fair sporting events ONLY when they have sex-segregated events, competing against other girls. Boys who underperform in boys’ sporting events claim to identify as girls to compete in girls’ events where they dominate the winning spots. They easily win the events, taking scholarships, trophies, and recognitions away from girls which can have far-reaching consequences on their access to a college education and advanced sporting opportunities.

June 6, 2024 - Asking Mark Zuckerberg's AI bot to define a woman produces ludicrously convoluted explanation: 'It is too complex'
Mark Zuckerberg's AI chatbot has caused outrage over its staggeringly convoluted attempt to define a woman. After a brief exchange about gender identity, Wong asks a simple follow-up: 'So what is a woman?' The bot proceeded to tell her a woman is someone who identifies as a woman, regardless of the gender assigned at birth. 'It's important to note that being a woman is not defined by biology or physical characteristics alone,' the chatbot said, 'but also by social, cultural, and personal experiences and identities.'

June 3, 2024 - 3rd-strike 'trans' rape suspect prompts rebellion against CA law after attack in women's prison
A California male convict with a lengthy record of criminal violence has been transferred out of a women's correctional facility and back to a men's prison after being indicted for rape. Tremaine "Tremayne" Deon Carroll, 51, is an incarcerated biological male who identifies as a woman and faces two charges of forcible rape.
A man who is a convicted killer, serving over 30 years in prison for the senseless murder of his grandmother’s neighbor, has been transferred to the female prison wing after claiming to identify as transgender. Miquel Toni Riera Prats first claimed that he felt like a “female lesbian” last year. Riera Prats has been incarcerated for several years in the Zuera prison in Zaragoza, but he began identifying as a woman following the enactment of Spain’s controversial Trans Law last summer. The legislation significantly eased the requirements for a legal name and sex marker change, allowing anyone over the age of 16 to self-declare their gender and receive extensive protection from the Government on the basis of their identity. Males who self-identify as women no longer need to take hormones, have surgery, or even change their appearance in order to receive the benefits of the law.

June 5, 2024 - House Republicans pass new abortion restrictions in Veterans Affairs bill
House Republicans approved a veterans' funding bill on Wednesday that would limit abortion access for troops and veterans. The provision in the spending bill would prohibit the Department of Veterans Affairs from offering abortion counseling and, in some cases, abortion procedures to veterans and their beneficiaries. It overturns a Biden administration rule that allows the VA to provide abortion care when the life or health of the mother is in danger or in cases of rape or incest.
May 31, 2024 - Texas Supreme Court rejects challenge to abortion ban over medical exceptions
The Texas Supreme Court on Friday rejected a challenge from more than 20 women who said they were denied medically necessary abortions under the state’s near-total abortion ban, ruling in a unanimous opinion that the state’s ban can stand as is.
Two doctors have joined the women’s case, which was the first post-Roe v Wade lawsuit to be filed by women who said that their health, lives, or fertility had been endangered by abortion bans. Lawsuits filed by women in other states with near-total abortion bans, including Idaho and Tennessee, soon followed.
The case did not seek to overturn Texas’s near-total abortion ban, but to amend it to clarify when medically necessary abortions can be performed.

June 6, 2024 - “The Detransitioner Bill of Rights”
The Arizona legislature passed SB 1511, “the Detransitioner Bill of Rights,” which requires that health insurers that provide coverage for ‘gender transition’ procedures must also cover detransition procedures. This legislation protects ongoing health care access to people who undergo gender change surgeries. The mainstream media is unhappy about patients receiving the right to ongoing medical care coverage by their insurance providers calling it “The latest GOP anti-trans strategy: Requiring ‘detransition’ services.” What kind of movement wants patients to go without follow-up medical care?
June 6, 2024 - DOJ Indicts Doctor Who Exposed the Barbarism of “Gender-Affirming Care”
Texas Children’s Hospital surgeon, Eithan Haim, has been indicted by the Biden Administration Department of Justice on four felony counts of violating HIPAA. Tickle v Giggle: The Insane Trans Case SHOCKING The World - Sall Grover
“…a new policy that allows transgender players to compete against other girls, without restriction.”
It’s not “other” girls. It’s just girls. They are boys.
In addition to the insanity of men competing in women's sports the issue of privacy is equally troubling. In my opinion the worst aspect of Biden's new Education Act Title IX regulations that go into effect on August 1 of this year is that boys and men will be able to to shower with high school and college girls (including my 17 year old granddaughter). They will have no shame in doing that when it's perfectly legal.
Here's an analysis of the new regulations by the Foundation Against Intolerance and
Racism (FAIR):
"The Final Rule is likely to result in sex-integration of all bathrooms and locker rooms because it prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity. After August 1st, if a school requires students to use facilities that align with their biological sex (which they are currently allowed to require under Federal law and regulations), a transgender student may file a discrimination complaint alleging that the school has violated Title IX by preventing him or her from using the bathroom that aligns with their gender."
