Boise State University, Southern Utah University, the University of Wyoming, and Utah State University have all chosen to forfeit and take a loss instead of playing pretend playing their scheduled matches against SJSU. SJSU initially hid the fact that Fleming is male, blindsiding not only their opponents but also their own female student athletes. Talk about foul play.

Oct 3, 2024 - Massachusetts Library caught in crosshair of Trans Stasi and biological reality

Two weeks ago, we reported the Tewksbury Public Library was hosting a zoom webinar featuring Dr. Gregory Brown to discuss “Males and Females Are Different, and That Matters in Sports". The webinar was originally scheduled for Oct 2. As expected, the Trans Stasi threw a fit. The library’s director Diane Giarrusso issued a statement, citing reasons for cancellation being: (1) the library had discovered a lack of evidence supporting either side of the argument (Uh-huh, no evidence males are physically stronger than female); and (2) “the levels of intolerance for a discussion around this issue has brought bullying to our staff.”

Following the cancellation, the Women’s Liberation Front (WOLF) stepped up to host the webinar so it can proceed as scheduled on Oct 2. Meanwhile, the Tewksbury Library, receiving strong complaints from the local community objecting to the cancellation, reversed course and decided to host the webinar after all on Oct 3. (Will someone send them a copy of The Man, the Boy, and the Donkey if they don’t have it in their catalogues?)

The Boston Globe, “a trusted take on the top news and regional happenings”, reports the cancel culture incident as a “scheduling snafu”, completely failing to mention Trans Stasi bullying local librarians for daring to deviate from the Trans Creed.

Sept 30, 2024 - Bow schools sued over treatment of 'pink wristband' protesters

Three parents and a grandparent file a federal lawsuit against the Bow School District and administrators after they were barred from school grounds and events for wearing pink wristbands with “XX” symbols during a Bow High School girls soccer game against Plymouth on Sept. 17. They wore the wrist bands as a silent protest against the school district’s policy allowing a male student play on the Plymouth girls team.

he Subdistrict Court in Rottdertam has fined a 33 y.o. man named Asmeron Z. €100 (£84) for harassing and intimidating a woman on a street in Rotterdam, in the first conviction under a new law tackling sexual harassment in public spaces. The pervert was accused of grabbing a woman on the street by the hips and holding her. Most news reports we found did not name the violator or describe his background. But we applaud the law and the court judgement (even though it’s just a slap on the wrist). At least a first step and recognition of a problem.

The reality is, government policies that lead to culture clash have put undue burden on women or place them at risk. Unlike legacy women’s organizations that have all gone silent and rendered neutralized in face of “intersectionality”, we must be able to talk about and address this to protect women everywhere in the world.

Oct 2, 2024 - Saudi fitness instructor stabbed in face while jailed over women’s rights posts

Saudi Arabian fitness instructor and influencer Manahel al-Otaibi was sentenced to 11 years in prison for “terrorist” tweets in a secret trial for, stabbed in the face with a sharp pen by an unknown assailant while in jail. She was arrested in November 2022 and charged for tweeting in support of women’s rights and posting photos without wearing traditional clothing. Since she was detained at Al-Malaz prison in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, Manahel has reportedly been brutally beaten by both fellow prisoners and prison guards, and was “forcibly disappeared” for five months when she was allowed no contact with her family between November 2023 and April this year.

A newly passed “vice and virtue” law prohibits women from speaking, singing or praying aloud. The law also attempts to literally erase them from view, ordering women to cover every part of their body and face in public. If women resist, it orders the use of violence to repress them.

The story of two men in their forties vying in a “marriage competition” ceremony for a girl whose mother said is fourteen went viral. For a payment of 123 cattle, 120m South Sudanese pounds (about $44,000 or £33,000) in cash and a plot of land, the girl, Athiak Dau Riak, was given away as a bride to Chol Marol Deng. South Sudan’s 2008 Child Act prohibits early and forced marriage, but according to Unicef, child marriage is still a common practice and recent figures indicate that 52% of girls are married before they turn 18, with some girls being married off as young as 12 years old.

Oct 1, 2024 - Virginia school board to pay $575K to a teacher fired for refusing to use trans student’s pronouns

A Virginia school board has agreed to pay $575,000 in a settlement to Peter Vlaming, a former high French teacher at West Point High School who was fired after he refused to use a transgender student’s pronouns. The school district also agreed to clear his firing from his employment record. Vlaming claimed in his lawsuit that he tried to accommodate a female student identifying as male by using her name but avoided the use of pronouns. The student, her parents and the school told him he was required to use male pronouns for her.

Cordellionè/Richardson was convicted of murdering an infant. His lawsuit was supported by the ACLU.

Sept 29, 2024 - (UK) Met Police reveals reason why it rejected plans to introduce unisex uniforms

This is so stupid it can only count as entertainment. A bunch of gender specials complaint police not providing non-gendered, nonbinary uniforms is a violation of the Equality Act, forcing the Met Police to expense resources to review their uniform policies. The review concluded police uniforms must remained gendered to prevent officers from being caused 'discomfort or injury in gear not 'designed for (the correct) body shape or physical characteristics'. (DUH) Of the officers who accepted the invite to test the “nonbinary” uniforms, the male officers complained of experiencing crushed testicles, while female officers were reportedly unhappy about the lack of space given 'between waist and the crotch'.
