New Yorkers: Comment on NY Assembly Bill A709
The NY State Assembly is now accepting public comments to its “Gender Identity Respect, Dignity and Safety Act". This bill will “requires that incarcerated individuals in state and local correctional facilities who have a gender identity different from their assigned sex at birth be addressed and have access to commissary items, clothing and other materials that are consistent with the person's gender identity; establishes that incarcerated individuals shall be presumptively placed in a correctional facility with persons of the gender that most closely aligns with such person's self-attested gender identity unless the person opts out of such placement”.
Yes. That means they’re seeking lock female inmates up with male criminals.
If you're a New York resident, please comment to the NY Assembly website to help NY women in prison:

1/12/2023 - Trans Taliban Stormed, Bullied, and Shut Down Talk on Sex v. Gender at McGill University by renown UK Professor of Human Rights Law
A mob of trans-rights protestors swarmed and shut down a talk at McGill University from Robert Wintemute, a professor of human rights law specializing in sexual orientation at Kings College in London, to discuss how the trans movement infringes on the rights of women.
Wintemute was set to discuss how he believes women's rights are infringed upon when they don't speak up for themselves out of fear of intimidation from trans activists. But the mob forced the event to be cancelled. Later, he told CTV he had to 'thank the protestors' for proving the point of his speech.
Celeste Trianon, the organizer of the event, is a trans identifying man who has been quoted in multiple in multiple news reports on the shut down referring to him as “she”. We just want to be clear that a man’s rights activist had instigated this.
Eliza Mondegreen, who was there to attend the talk, gave her first-person, eyewitness account:

1/11/2023 - Brazil: Trans-Identifying Man Sues Waxing Salon for Refusing Service
Another man stole Jonathan Yanev’s playbook! A Brazilian man, “Kim” Flores Carlos who says he is “trans” has filed a lawsuit against a waxing salon, which refused to serve him last year. (This never happens, right?) At the female-only waxing salon, Carlos revealed himself with his male genitalia to the esthetician while sporting an erection, then got angry when asked to leave. Our deepest sympathy to the poor esthetician who was exposed to Carlos’ sexual harassment and sexual assault on her eyes.
Now that Scottish PM Nicola Sturgeon has rammed the Scottish GRA through to destroy Scottish women’s rights, she has set up the UK government to refuse recognition of Gender Recognition Certificate in England and Wales. UK currently has a list of countries which GRCs recognized by its government. Following the Scotland’s passage of its gender bill last month, UK Women’s Equalities Minister Kemi Badenoch has launched a review to 'update the list'. Here’s MP Badenoch’s Written Statement to the Parliament on the issue published on 1/9/2023:

1/1/2023 - Switzerland Rejects Gender Ideology, Rules Sex Is Binary
Kudos to Switzerland starting off the new year with sanity. The Swiss government has rejected a proposal to introduce a “third gender” or “no gender” option for official records, and issued a ruling that sex is binary, and people must be referred to as either male or female, with no exceptions.

1/8/2023 - Limited Run Games, Inc fires female employee for “wrongthink” against Trans Taliban
American video game distributor Limited Run Games, Inc., has fired a female employee named Kara who manages the company’s Twitter account (@LimitedRunGames) after a Trans Rights Activist named “Purple Tinker” complained that:
In 2016, Kara tweeted, “"If you think the # of trans crying about using a bathroom is higher than the perves using the excuse, you are what is wrong with the world”;
Kara was excited to play Hogwarts Legacy, the new action role-playing game based on JK Rowling’s successful Harry Potter Series to be launched by Warner Bros., and
Kara follows libsoftiktok and Ian Miles Cheong.
Limited Run Games issued the following statement. Always a good reminder employers do not have their female employees’ backs when the Trans Taliban comes calling.

1/2/2023 - GOP lawmakers push to require age verification to view online porn
One state has finally turned its attention to the uncontrolled reach of pornography to minors online. Starting Sunday, commercial porn sites in Louisiana will have to verify their users are 18 or older or risk being sued. The age verification requirement was enacted under Act 440 introduced by Republican state legislator Laurie Schlegel introduced, which was signed into law by Gov. John Bel Edwards last June. Verification can be done using government-issued IDs or public or private records from a mortgage, education or employment document, according to the bill. We can only hope more states and the federal government will follow suit. Maybe the requirement for providing personal records may deter adult men from rampant viewing of porn too?
In related news, the Irish Examiner is publishing this week Confronting Porn, a three-part series on pornography and its impacts on young people. Links to the first two parts are:

For young people who have grown up with smartphones, and therefore easy access to porn, findings suggest porn use has become almost as everyday as making a cup of tea, writes Conor Capplis

Porn star Ron Jeremy, legal name Ronald Hyatt, who has been charged with more than 30 counts of rape over two decades from allegations made by 20 women, has claimed incompetence to stand trial due to “severe dementia”. We’re sad to report his claim is set to be accepted by court later this month.

1/5/2023 - (Ecuador) Man Legally Changed Gender to Gain Custody of His Kids
René Salinas Ramos, a father in a custody battle with his ex-wife, has filed for legal sex change in an attempt to gain full custody of his daughters. Ramos admitted he is a straight man and not “transgender”, but is utilizing the law due to Ecuadoran law favoring mothers in custody battles
Of course, “this never happens”, right? and “No man would identify as trans to take advantage of law demanded by the Trans Taliban to harm and discriminate against women,” right? And of course, trans activists are very concerned that Ramos’ filing for sex change could alter the Ecuadorian Assembly’s ratification of its decision to allow legal sex change, and the Ecuadorian Federation of Organizations LGBTI released a statement denouncing Ramos’ legal filing. But there is no concern apparently by any party on how all this will impact women’s right to custody of their children.
1/5/2023 - Justice Department clears Postal Service to deliver abortion pills even in restrictive states
On the bright side, the US Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel has determined that the U.S. Postal Service may deliver abortion pills even in states that have banned or restricted abortion access. The DOJ found that federal law allows the mailing of the pills because senders cannot typically know if the recipient will use them illegally.
1/5/2023 - South Carolina Supreme Court strikes down state abortion ban
And also, the South Carolina Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a ban on abortion after six weeks, ruling the restriction enacted by the Deep South state violates a state constitutional right to privacy.

Claiming he wants to give Harry Potter readers a “safe space” from the author, scam-artist Laur Flom is offering to resell HP books and series with the original covers and copyright pages removed to erase JK Rowling’s name as the author, and replaced with alternative versions with new bindings. The books with his bindings are sold by him at the insane price £979 for a set of seven, and £140 for an individual book (but a percentage of each sale donated to transgender charities!) The repackaged books might be illegal and a violation of the author’s and the publisher’s rights. If they do, we have no doubt Flom will claim he is the victim.
1/8/2023 - BBC Director Tim Davie facing revolt over transgender Pride network ‘policing’ the BBC
Tim Davie is facing a revolt as he is accused of letting the transgender BBC Pride and BBC Studios Pride networks “police” the BBC and undermining same-sex attracted people by promoting self-identified genders. According to insiders raising objections, BBC Pride believes “the rights of [trans-identifying men] are more important than the rights of women to single-sex spaces and sports,” and “It’s intimidating, how much power the Pride group has on trans activist issues and there’s no one to stop them or put the counter case.”
1/9/2023 - DC Comics fans outraged as new Batman plot sees the Joker become PREGNANT and give birth
In the race to Woke, DC Comics decided the Joker is a trans man. In its latest installment of Batman, the Joker becomes pregnant and gives birth to a 'brown goo' that becomes a baby boy, with Atomic Skull giving Joker a prenatal pelvic exam. We women really have too much work and responsibilities to pay attention to such lunatic nonsense. However, we do want to point out that, aside from the trans nonsense, DC Comics’s grotesque and cavalier treatment of giving birth and choosing a major villain as the character giving birth is blatantly misogynistic and insulting to women.

A growing number of cash-strapped young people who come to regret their medical gender transitions are raising cash on GoFundMe in attempts to reverse the effects of cross-sex medical procedures.
