Going forward, he will simplify content policies to get rid of restrictions on various censored issues including gender that are, in his own words, “out of touch with mainstream discourse.”

In a rare move, the health board and Upton filed an application requesting the details of the hearing to be kept private. (Jeez, wonder why? Could it be that the public can see Upton is in fact a man???) Peggie has now requested that her employment tribunal does not refer to the doctor using she/her pronouns.

Former inmate at a Washington state women’s prison Mozzy Clark has filed a lawsuit against Washington State Department of Corrections for forcibly locking her in a cell with Christopher Scott Williams, a male prisoner who identifies as transgender convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl as a male and was serving a separate sentence for domestic abuse. Clark alleges Williams subjected her to months of stalking, threats of violence, sexual harassment, and sexual assault.
“One night, Ms. Clark woke up and saw inmate Williams sitting on the floor next to her bed with his arm under her blanket, rubbing her genitals,” the lawsuit adds.

Huge win! A federal judge in Kentucky blocked Biden’s attempt to redefine sex in Title IX as “gender identity”, striking down the change nationwide.
Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala) has reintroduced the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act to bar biological males from participating in women’s and girls’ sports. The bill is expected to get a floor vote under the new GOP leadership.
With both pieces of good news on the Title IX front, there may be good news on the horizon for American girls and women yet!

Male athletes have participated in at least 11,028 competitions designated for female athletes, not counting regular season games in team sports of which there are thousands.
Males have finished in first at least 3,462 times and top three at least 5,481. These victories include 136 state, 352 national, 52 continental, and 83 women's world championship titles along with over 200 victories in other major international competitions and over 270 titles in league, club, division, district, regional, and sectional championships.
The information is limited to only what the site discovered. Actual incidents may be higher. The site owner further said, “Things have become obscene. I cannot keep up with the reports of athletes coming in, athletes I uncover as I investigate, and the massive volume of competitions these men have participated in.”

At least 11 police forces in England and Wales are allowing trans officers to carry multiple warrant cards depending on the gender they choose on a given day. Trans officers can receive two warrant cards, or more if they are 'gender fluid'. The policy has been blasted as dangerous by women's groups.
By now we believe the UK police force is not an actual police force, but a comedy troupe. A while back, we reported the Met Police had to scrap their plan to make their uniforms gender-neutral after 3000 of their officers rejected the idea, and those who participated in the trial uniforms said the uniforms restricted their mobility and were uncomfortable, including male officers who said the trousers were squashing their testicles.
