IVF clinic knowingly implants dead fetuses, Germany passes Self-ID law and parents can now choose infants gender, Olympian Rapinoe turns against women's sport.
Thanks again for some great links -- the times, they are a-changin', as Bob Dylan once put it. 🙂
But, in a note from our sponsor, I'd very much disagree with the Rowling and Duffield story:
"JK Rowling calls on Labour to apologise to MP Rosie Duffield over transphobia row after party's shadow justice secretary said she supported author's view that 'biological sex is real and is immutable' ..."
While I commend both Rowling and Duffield for raising the flag, Rowling in particular is wide of the mark in insisting that it's a matter of belief. She might just as well insist laws against speeding are matters of belief -- they're matters of stipulation, of definitions: break the laws, go to jail -- no belief involved at all.
And reputable biologists stipulate that to have a sex is to have functional gonads of either of two types -- the binary part -- and that those with neither are, ipso facto, sexless -- what repudiates Rowling's "immutable". In particular, transwomen who cut their nuts off turn themselves into sexLESS eunuchs, NOT into females.
It's hard to believe that Democrats would be so stupid to offer the American people the choice between reelecting Trump or requiring their high school and college aged daughters to share their restrooms and locker rooms with naked boys and men (aka trans women), but this is exactly what Biden has done with the changes he has enacted to Title IX of the
1972 Education Act. Once the people of this country realize what he has done they will certainly choose to reelect Trump in November.
Here's an analysis of the new regulations by the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR):
"The Final Rule is likely to result in sex-integration of all bathrooms and locker rooms because it prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity. After August 1st, if a school requires students to use facilities that align with their biological sex (which they are currently allowed to require under Federal law and regulations), a transgender student may file a discrimination complaint alleging that the school has violated Title IX by preventing him or her from using the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity."
Thank You!
