In a 6-3 ruling divided along party line, SCOTUS upheld Tennessee’s law prohibiting gender affirming care for minors, saying children who seek the treatment don’t qualify as a protected class. However, writing for the majority, Chief Justice Roberts cautioned that this ruling is limited to deciding whether TN’s law violated the Equal Protection Claus under the 14th Amendment. He stated, “Having concluded it does not, we leave questions regarding its policy to the people, their elected representatives, and the democratic process.” Therefore, debates about trans ideology continues and our fight is far from over.

According to the NYT, this newly-released six-part mess “tells the story of youth gender medicine — where it came from, whom it was meant to help and how recent legal and political fights over this care could end it altogether in the U.S.”
We covered this last week. But now, gender critical voices have weighed in after listening, and they’re panning the podcast for the NYT’s continual refusal to question transgender ideology orthodoxy, failure to include dissenting voices, and omission of anything about detransitioners.

June 17 - UK lawmakers vote to decriminalize abortion, ending prosecutions under 1861 law
In a significant approval on 18 June 2025, UK MPs voted 379 to 137 to pass Labour MP Tonia Antoniazzi's amendment to the Crime and Policing Bill, decriminalising abortion for women at any stage of pregnancy. Under current law, abortions in England, Scotland and Wales are legal up to 24 weeks, and beyond that under special circumstances.
June 15, 2025 - Prime Minister announces national inquiry into grooming gangs
Facing pressure after Elon Musk brought the atrocity into international spotlight, Kier Starmer U-turned and announced he accepted Baroness Louise Casey’s report recommendation to launch a full national statutory inquiry into the mass rape gangs running rampant in the UK. Further, under new mandatory rules, the ethnicity and nationality of all suspects will be collected and recorded.

, a graduate student at the Jesuit Santa Clara University’s in marriage and family therapy program, exposed that the school requires students to write a comprehensive sexual autobiography detailing their personal sexual experiences and desires, and to watch porn and bondage videos. Her objections to the school administration and the campus ministry were ignored. Thereafter, she discovered critical theory was driving this and has captured the entire field of therapy education, and therapists are being trained to ““unlearn” norms shaped by whiteness, cisheteronormativity, or patriarchy.”Following the WSJ article, SCU released a statement, to which Best responded on her Substack. Former U.S. Olympic fencing team head coach Andrey Geva and former Egyptian Olympian Abdel Salem have filed a lawsuit against USA Fencing Chair Damien Lehfeldt, alleging Lehfeldt made "false and misleading" statements in his Congressional testimony when he said women have no disadvantage in fencing against male 👨🏻💼competitors identifying as role-playing women. Good on you, Geva and Salem for speaking the truth!

June 17 - Judge extends block on Trump passport policy to all trans, nonbinary Americans
Judge Julia E. Kobick, an appointee of former President Biden, extended an order blocking the Trump’s policy requiring identity documents to reflect an individual’s sex “at conception”. In her earlier preliminary ruling, she said the Fed “had failed “to demonstrate that its actions are substantially related to an important governmental interest.” Uh-huh. Governments have no interest in accurate info on passports and ID documents. Bonkers.
June 12 - Children's Hospital Los Angeles ending transgender care programs following pressure from Trump
Hellelujah!! This is the hospital where Johanna Olson-Kennedy, the real-life Dr. Moreau, served as mad scientist medical director of CHLA’s youth gender clinic and oversaw medical experiments against nature transitions of 1,400 youths aged 3 to 25. Olsen famously withheld for years the results of a NIH-funded ($$10 million) study she conducted on trans-medical treatment on youths because the data showed puberty blockers did not help mental health. Parting Shot
In light of the UK’s national inquiry into the mass rape gangs, I’m going to make a controversial point that should not be controversial. In the West, racism is always about white racism against other ethnicities. Westerners, in their arrogance and blindness to their racism of low expectations, cannot imagine that people they deem “oppressed” or “marginalized” are capable of being racist. The truth is, in non-Western countries, especially in places where people rarely come into contact with white people, white women and girls may be viewed by men as a type of human specie, but they are not viewed as human beings entitled to the same basic humanity and dignity. They’re viewed as prized sex objects. They’re stereotyped as being sexually promiscuous. This is especially true in highly conservative, culturally-closed countries.
When it comes to rape and sex crimes against women, how men view women must be a factor to understand the full picture, because men and women are never equal in the eyes of the perpetrators no matter what else is at play. In the case of UK’s mass rape scandal, the supposed white privilege translated only into white girls being the most desired flavor of playthings for men.
I hope the victims of this sorry saga will get the justice they deserve, but I’m not optimistic. Maybe this inquiry will at least give them a bit of closure.
