Latest Data on Males Usurping Female Opportunities and Awards in Sports
Most recent documentations from HeCheated.org and SheWon.org
We have a special edition today.
Below are the most recent records collected by the websites shewon.org and hecheated.org regarding athletic wins and awards taken from female athletes by males 👨 who say they’re a girl or a woman .
The data and numbers reflect only what the sites are aware of. The actual number of wins and awards denied to female champions is likely to be higher.
Both sites are run by a single individual woman relying entirely one her own time and resources to show the truth as no institution, media, or athletic authority is collecting this information. We thank hecheated.org, especially, for giving us permission to reprint her write-up below.
SheWon.org
We have now documented displacement of:
1,643 female athletes
who would have won 2323 medals/top 3 spots
in 1007 competitions
in 45 sports
HeCheated.org
April 27th marks the one-year anniversary of the launch of the HeCheated.org website.
HeCheated.org was inspired by the SheWon website, another resource that catalogs the female winners who have been robbed of honors and awards due to the participation of male athletes. I recognized that there might also be value in showing the other angle, what each individual male athlete had taken.
I began researching results for the website in December of 2023, starting with the list of 150 male athletes compiled by the Women's Sports Policy Working Group. I had no idea what I was getting into and never imagined that I would get this far. (The following results include those that have not yet been added to the website. Numbers may differ from the website totals until the next site update.)
As of 4/26/2025, male athletes have won 4,161 female athletic competitions (excluding non-tournament team victories.) Including all team sport matches they have won over 8,293, and including parkrun, over 8,617 "women's" athletic events.
These male athletes have participated in 13,122 women's competitions (excluding regular season team matches).
They have finished 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in female competitions at least 6,956 times (excluding team matches).
They have won over 209 state, 363 national, 58 continental, and 71 women's world championship titles (including 4 Olympic gold medals) along with over 200 victories in other major international competitions
They have set and reset at least 436 records including 70 school records, 13 state records, 118 national records, and 27 world records.
They have stolen over 728 awards and honors and $2,083,854 of prize money (not including the salaries and sponsorships of the professional athletes). meant for female athletes.
In total, males have been allowed to participate in over 20,928 tournaments, races, games, matches, and events meant for female athletes.
Behind each and every one of these numbers are women who have lost out. Thousands of women who have been discriminated against, told they are less important, told to just work harder, told they're sore losers, told their athletic competitions don't matter, it's only for fun, to be kind, why do you care?
They have been gaslit, verbally abused, and bullied into silence. They have missed opportunities, awards, honors, and success. They have been physically harmed, sexually harassed, have had their consent and right to privacy ripped away from them, and have been punished for speaking out.
I have been devastated time and time again through the course of this research, and I am far from finished. These numbers will only continue to rise.
I would sincerely like to thank
for giving women a space to share our frustration over what has happened along with information. Without this forum, I likely would never have begun the research I have done or been able to find the resources that have helped it along.I also would like to thank everyone for their support and those who have volunteered to help. I will still be active on X at @hecheateddotorg. I try to put out informative threads that give context behind the numbers on the site.
And finally, I would like to encourage everyone to act rather than stew on your anger and frustration. No matter how small, whether it's making signs and protesting events, donating to an organization, wearing a pro-woman t-shirt, leaving a comment on an article, or just asking careful questions of those in your lives to maybe get them thinking, every little bit can make a difference.
WAHF Parting Shot
Each win taken away by a male 👨 calling himself a “girl” or a “woman” has a downstream effect of pushing down the next female athlete on the podium, as well as denying a qualification spot for female athletes who didn’t make the cut because of him. Each award to a male claiming to be female may be a taking of scholarship, financial award, and endorsement contract away from a deserving female athlete. These are on top of the demoralizing effect on girls and women who play sports, and denial from them a chance to build confidence, strength, and learning how to win. In contrast, the male who took all that away from them does not learn to build character through sports. He will learn he can lie and bully his way into women’s spaces, and be praised for it. He will learn that he can cheat and get away with it. He will learn that being mediocre is no barrier to a male person getting to the top.
We cannot #BeKind and give up what women before us had fought so hard for. This insanity and unfair treatment of women must stop.
For screaming out loud!!!!
Thank you for your work. I have restacked.
