The Tewksbury Public Library is hosting a Zoom presentation entitled Males And Females Are Different And That Matters In Sports by Dr Gregory Brown, a professor of Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. This is a very rare occasion of a library in a blue state willing to host a discussion on the topic of male in female sports. We encourage EVERYONE to join. Pre-registration is required to attend online.

Five NHS nurses from Darlington Memorial Hospital have launched a legal case in June alleging sexual harassment against their employer, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust after they were forced out of their changing rooms as a result of complaining about a male “transgender” colleague 🧔🏻♂️. The nurses said the way the hospital treated them left them feeling humiliated and dehumanised.

Sept 20, 2024 - (France) Trans Activists Set Off Explosion in Attempt to Sabotage Conference Critical of Gender Ideology
In Lyon, Trans activists set off an explosion and caused a fire to break out in a room housing an electrical meter adjacent to a private school adjacent to the Institute of Social, Economic and Political Sciences (ISSEP) in an attempt to stop a conference critical of gender ideology set to take place. The event was later swarmed by 300 trans activists. Vandalism on the ISSEP building’s front read: “Dirty TERF”.

Sept 25, 2024 - 'WDF members vote to exclude transgenders from women's darts'
The majority of members of the World Dart Federation (WDF) have voted decisively that trans-identifying men 🥸 should NOT be permitted in women’s tournaments. This is a major challenge to the current stance of WDF, which last month threatened to penalize women who forfeit tournaments. Darts superstar Deta Hedman previously forfeited a tournament in May in protest of dudes participating in the competition, and she has also announced she will not compete next month in response to WDF’s threat to competitors.
Sept 24, 2024 - Teammate Of SJSU Transgender Volleyball Player Blaire Fleming Joins Lawsuit Against NCAA
Brooke Slusser, a current teammate of Blaire Fleming (f/k/a Brayden Fleming), a 6’1 trans-identifying male 🧔🏻♂️student on the San Jose State women's volleyball team, has joined more than a dozen other female athletes in a class-action lawsuit against the NCAA for Title IX violations. Slusser says she was forced both to compete and to share a residence with Fleming without any prior notice that the athlete was male. Further, Slusser was frequently assigned by the SJSU athletic department to room with Fleming on road trips. She later found out that Fleming specifically requested her.

Annaleigh Wilson, a freshman at Eastmont High School and track & field athlete, publicly shared her experience of competing against a transgender athlete for the first time at an event headlined by Riley Gaines. The transgender athlete, who Annaleigh described as a “biological male,” won first place in the girls’ race, while Annaleigh finished second. There are no adults in the room and we have left underaged girls to fend for themselves against this blatant absurdity and injustice.

Of course we can always count on the 9th Circuit to prioritize males calling themselves women and girls over actual women and girls. U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit just ruled Arizona’s Save Women’s Sports Act was unconstitutional and a “violation of Title IX.” We’re hoping against hope the US Supreme Court will bring this sanity back from this madness in their pending case Hecox v. Little.

Free speech prevails (in this case, anyway) in the US. Dr. Allan Josephson, former professor and division chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology at the University of Louisville, had been pushed out his job following a speech to the Heritage Foundation in which he rejected medical transition as an appropriate intervention for children experiencing gender dysphoria.

Now here’s a new strategy: a group of Attorney Generals from red-leaning states have sent notice to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) warning the health association that it may have violated state consumer laws by declaring false statements. The letter highlights the Cass Report and calls into question whether the AAP’s support of gender transition for children is based on political ideology versus scientific evidence.
